We brought our Schnoodle, Fritzie, here before Thanksgiving for a grooming appt. She looked amazing and like a brand new pup! We are coming back here for future appts and not bringing her back to Pet Smart again. They got us in a day after we called, total time there was 2.5 hours, really affordable, and she seemed as happy as can be. Thank you! ~ Ashley S.

Thank you Barb…and company!! I thought it would be easy to find someone close to us, that we would be as happy with, since your move…but it wasn’t the case at all. It is a bit of a trek from Williamson to the new Webster location…but worth the security and satisfaction knowing Bella (Shih Tzu) is in good hands and leaves your shop looking like the bell of the ball! In reality, it’s just a short jaunt out of the way, coming from work…so I will make it work. It’s a small price to pay for happiness!! ~ Donna F.

It was hard to find a groomer for my cat until I found Barb. My Zoe needs to get shaved to help her with hairballs. My dog also goes there and I don’t know how she gets him so soft. She really cares for her clients (animals) and customers. No other place I will go to. ~ Dawn Marie W.
